Repeat this for five minutes. ✔ Single-Tasking Over Multitasking – Instead of juggling multiple tasks, focus on one at a time. Give it your full attention. ✔ Mindful Eating – Eat without distractions. Savor each bite, noticing the taste, texture, and aroma of your food. ✔ Reflect Before Sleep – Spend five minutes at night journaling or simply thinking about your day. What went well?
